Me and my girlfriend hiked for 3 days and it was AMAZING. If you like hiking , nature , peace and quite , but you don't want to spent your entire time in Nepal for hiking , or you are no so physically ready for the long distance treks that vary between 1-2 weeks long , then you can do what we did.
There are options for shorter treks , actually a combination of various that you can pick.
